As a first step, Wave Wind, LLC plans to renovate an existing farmstead in the southeastern quadrant of the intersection, transforming it into their corporate headquarters and Energy Education Center. As a proponent of a green style of business, Wave Wind wishes to develop the remaining three quadrants of the intersection with the same forward thinking.
